Louisburg Industrial Park

Louisburg Industrial Park

The Louisburg Industrial Park is a recently created hub for Industrial Development in Louisburg. There are currently 40 acres available for development with many design and subdivision options available to prospective developers.

The site is currently anchored by Advance Metal Processing, LLC, a state of the art metals reclamation facility. AMP reclaims metals through a proprietary, high heat process known as the RODECS system. This system removes all contaminants, paints, films, and other applications on metals to result in a pristine, high quality metal ready for return to the manufacturing sector. This entire process occurs without any of the normal impacts on the environment such as noise, discharge, and particulate discharge into the air. Louisburg is pleased to have AMP as the first customer in the Park and believes that support elements of the industry would be perfectly suitable for adjacent sites.

The Louisburg Industrial Park is served by all public utilities offered by the Town, as well as, Natural Gas from PSNC. The Park is located less than .25 miles from both the Louisburg Bike Trail and Joyner Park and has direct access to US 401, NC 39, and NC 56.
