Mark has been employed with the Town of Louisburg for 1 year. Immediately prior to coming to Louisburg, Mark served as the Assistant City Manager of Henderson, NC where he held that position from 1990 through 2007. From 1988 to 1990 he held the position of County Planning Director for Person County and prior to that from 1983 to 1988 he served as the Assistant to the City Manager in Oxford, NC.

Mark is a graduate of East Carolina University, Greenville, NC where he earned his BS degree in Urban and Regional Planning.

Personnel administration, budget preparation and oversight, daily management of all department directors, State and Federal law compliance assurance, final response to customer service issues, and hearing officer duties as required by local ordinance are a very few of the daily responsibilities of the Town Administrator.

Tony has been employed with the Town of Louisburg for 17 years. Prior to coming to Louisburg, Tony served as the Assistant to the Town Manager in Boone, NC where he had worked for a total of 4 years.

Tony is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC where he earned his BS degree in 1986 and his Masters in Public Administration (MPA) – City/County Management in 1989.

As Assistant Town Administrator, Tony is responsible for the daily administration of the Planning Department (Zoning, Subdivision, Watershed, Flood Hazard, Code Enforcement, and Historic Preservation Ordinances). Other daily responsibilities include special projects as required by the Town Council, ordinance and policy drafting, departmental oversight and direction, and customer service issues.
