Fees

The Town of Louisburg has a number of cost related fees associated with specific operations and services.

Utility fees are related to the establishment and account service of Water, Sewer, and Electrical Service. Licenses such as business and peddlers have a fee set by the state of North Carolina. Regulatory fees include zoning, conditional and special use applications, rezoning applications, and subdivision processes.

Recreation and facility fees are collected to support the use of parks, recreation programs, and facility rental of the training center and park shelters.
